 All Junior Parents,
 
I sent the below email out to the senior club this morning, everyone is
welcome to attend, it will be a fun evening.  If you'd like a ticket or
even to form a team please contact me by return email.   I'll also be at
the club next Saturday at 10am if you'd like to purchase or even collect
some to sell.
 
If you'd like to be in a team and are looking for someone to lead you,
Freds your man!.  He mentioned to me on Sunday that he was hoping to do
YMCA! or being a league man Tina Turners "Simply the Best". Freds

I'll start with some background,  The Rotaract Club have organised a
Lipsync Competition for Saturday the 17th of May at the Bruce Mason
Centre starting at 6.30pm.  A lipsync competition involves teams
dressing up and performing on stage to a CD of Music of your choice.  It
really is a fun evening.
 
Even better still the money made during the evening is coming back to
the club! So we'd like you to support the evening and we hope to enter
at least 2 teams.  Elliot , your name is all over this!  Emma Darwin is
going to be one of the judges.
 
Entry for those competing is free and so is the entry for the
volunteers.  Entry for everyone else is $25 an adult and $15 a student,
there will be free nibbles and you'll be able to purchase drinks.
 
In regards to the volunteers, we require 10 lifeguards dressed in
uniform and the jobs will include , door ushers, selling of raffle
tickets and collection of donations.  The Rotaract Club have made up
some hollow imitation "Rescue Tubes" to use for collection (as you can
see they have put a lot into this).   We'll have an IRB in the foyer and
patrol flags on the stage to set the seen.

Can I please have 10 volunteers forward there names to me.  Thank you in
advance.
2 volunteers to assemble a team each.  Elliot I take it you'll be one.
For everyone, I have 100 tickets which need to be sold.  They can be
sold to your mates your parents and there friends. 
 
Remember it is a fundraising evening and the proceeds are coming back to
us.  
 
I have the tickets, they need to be presold.  You can ring or email me
to reserve them or else collect them from me Sat 10th May at 10am down
at the club.
 
I hope that you'll all get behind this, it promises to be a good evening
out and remember the proceeds are comming back to us.
