[Juniorsurfb] Carnival 9th December

As you are all aware we are hosting the first carnival 9th December.
This takes alot of organisation from the committee however we can not do
it alone.
 
We have a number of you put your hand up to help and thats great, for
others wising to help we are having a meeting on Sunday 12.30pm.
This meeting is for committee members and ALL other interested people
This is to finalise details and allocate people jobs.
This will ensure the carnival to run smoothly from an operational point
of view
 
Also this carnival is a good way do do some much needed fundraising.
We will have a raffle, cake stall and BBQ.
 
Karen Leese is organising the cake stall and she has asked me to attach
the paragraph below 
 
" We need every family to bring a plate please for the cake stall, as
along with the BBQ, this is a great way of raising funds for the club.
Cakes, muffins, slices or savouries  - please bring a contribution, it
does not have to be home-baked! In addition, if anyone is able to help
out on the stall for an hour during the day, please contact Karen Leese
on 0211 386 244
