Please find some important information for this weekends carnival at
Orewa
 
To compete in  this  carnival you must have given an entry form to
myself or one of the coordinators.
Saturday is for B&C group only (team events) and Sunday is for A,B&C
groups(indivdual events)
 
There will be a number of meetings for various people:
Officials meeting at 8.00am
Water helpers and Parent helpers meeting 8.15am
Team Managers meeting 8.30am
Club meeting(everyone) at tent 8.45am
 
If for any reason you can not compete this weekend please let me know so
we can get you scratched otherwise the club has to pay $10 per entry
 
Please make sure that you have your 200mtr badge sewn onto your togs 
 
A programme of events will be given out each morning  at our club
meeting but there will not be any start times as this is dependant on
conditions 
 
It can be a long day at the beach please make sure you have plenty of
sun block, warm clothes, towels, food, etc as the conditions can change,
be prepared for all conditions
 
This is a list of people that have indicated they would help as a water
helper or on the beach helper. 
It is important that we supply our share of officials and helpers
To ensure the smooth running of the carnival ONLY officials and helpers
will be allowed in the competition arenas all other parents/spectators
will be ask to stay out of the arenas
If you want to be closer and apart of the action you will need to be a
helper. Please contact me if you want to help out.
