As you know we have our first carnival of the season this Sunday 9th
December at Mairangi Bay
With the carnival due to start at 9.00am sharp we need all of you at the
beach by 8.00am at the latest. 
We will have a big marquee tent that we will use as our base this will
be located next to the steps that go down onto the beach.
There is an officials meeting at 8.00am and team managers meeting at
8.30am. We will also have our own meeting at 8.30am at the tent to
inform you about any important information that comes from these
meetings.
Please remember that you must have your togs and a beanie as a minimum a
rash shirt is optional. They may allow wet suits so bring it just in
case  also the people that have a 200mtr badge this must be sewn onto
your togs
The 1st event will be Board/Boggie Board followed by Swim/Run Wade Run,
Diamond Person, Sprints, Relays and Beach Flags 
With a large number of competitors there could be a bit of waiting
around in between events please be patient and don't wander from your
arena
I am sure we are all going to have a good day
 
As you are aware we have a number of fundraising activities BBQ, Drinks,
Cake stall, Raffles, please support these.
 
I am still looking for 6 people to form a work party this is to help
Northern Surf and the officials. Your help would be appreciated please
