Its that time of year where we start extra training sessions. Everyone from
C Group is welcome. These will be held every week starting this Thursday.
The times are:

*	Thursday at 5.00pm to 6.00pm at Mairangi Bay
*	Saturday at 3.00pm to 4.00pm at Mairangi Bay

Please attend these sessions as it does pay.
