Good morning,

I have just been speaking with Bruce Goff Harbour Master's office.

He said one of their crew saw a buoy of what looked like a piece of pvc
pipe 100ml round and heavily weighted down.

It was about 200m out at the South end of the beach.


If you know about this can you please give Bruce a call on 362 0395

I just spoke to bruce about it as i noticed it on patrol on sat
 
We assumed its from the work going on with the discharge, hes assuming
the same and going to contact them as it not clearly marked for craft
