Your all invited including partners to a night out at Zavito's in Mairangi
Bay on Tuesday the 20th of December.

Its an opportunity to socialise together , for us to thank some of our
sponsors and for the committee to thank you while trying to identify
replacements for the following year.   

I've agreed a $30 set price per head which will give us a selection of an
entree and a main.  If you want dessert after that you'll need to pay
separately.  

We'll provide some bottles of wine (soft drink for non drinkers) that should
last you the evening in appreciation of your efforts to date and in
anticipation of whats to come.  All other drinks will have to be at your
cost.

I'm not sure on the response that we'll get with it being close to xmas but
it will be nice to see as many of you there as possible.  Depending on the
numbers there may be a limitation due to the size of the cafe so its first
in first serve.  Rest assured if I get a large response I'll change the
venue.
