[Mbslc-junior-coach] Carnival Assistance Needed 11 Dec 8.30am

Please be at the beach at 8.30am. I need as many as possible at that time to
assist in the setting up for the day.  

Tasks are as follows:

*	We have to provide six people to assist the Carnival Officials with
the set up of the arena's from 8.30am. 
*	Erect the tents
*	Set up the selling areas within the tents ie Drinks, BBQs, Baking,
Raffles
*	Set up officals area
*	Assist with the arrival of the visiting clubs (trailer parking, tent
locations etc)
*	Prepare for the arrival of our own kids
*	and many more 

We already have volunteers to do the selling during the day.

Some of you will have to be officials for the day in each of the Arena's.
The Arena coordinators will tell u what u need to do and what to look out
for.

Peter, Duncan and Jim have to attend an Officials briefing at 10am  and
while they are doing that someone will need to prepare each of the age
groups awaiting there return.

Its a big day and please plan on staying around a little after the carnival
has finished to assist packing up.

Also if you have a bin for which we can place ice and bottles of drink into
please bring that along also.
